Sadhanand brings over 30 years of leadership experience in building and scaling organizations across the technology and communications sector. He has a proven track record of transforming visionary ideas into thriving businesses—starting with Network Ltd and HCL Picker, and turning around a loss-making operation into a profitable venture during his tenure as General Manager at Escorts Communication.

He was instrumental in launching and establishing RADVISION Ltd (a NASDAQ-listed company) in India and the SAARC region, where he served as Country Director from 2002 to 2012, positioning the company as a major player in video conferencing and collaboration technologies. From 2012 to 2019, he continued his leadership journey as Director – India & SAARC at Avaya India, driving business growth and market expansion.

Sadhanand is also a Director at VeriteTech, an IT system integrator focused on delivering enterprise technology solutions and services across infrastructure, networking, and cloud domains. https://veritetech.org/

He holds a graduate degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and has completed his management education from IMI, Delhi and Canterbury University, UK.

Rajeev Ratra has over 21 years of experience in driving large-scale infrastructure programs and service delivery across APAC and the Middle East. He has led over 30+ IT and Data Center delivery projects while working with leading organizations such as Wipro, UnitedHealth Group, Nxtra by Airtel, and Oracle Cloud.

He has been instrumental in setting up and scaling infrastructure delivery frameworks, leading complex data center builds, and building robust customer experience and governance models. In addition to delivery, Rajeev has played key roles in business development and presales, enabling solution-led growth and strong client relationships across regions.

He has a proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams, building efficient PMO structures, and ensuring compliance, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation across high-impact, mission-critical projects.

Rajeev holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from XLRI, with a strong foundation in both strategic and operational execution.

Birju Kumar, an Agriculture Graduate, plays a pivotal role in Western Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. He works at the grassroots level to address the psychosocial needs of patients and their families. He advocates for their rights and helps them overcome barriers such as transportation challenges, financial constraints, lack of insurance, cultural or language differences, and diabetes-related complications. He guides them through the healthcare system to ensure timely access to eye care and essential medical services. His efforts have strengthened community well-being by combining empathy with practical solutions.

In addition to his social impact work, Birju serves as a Director at VeriteTech, https://veritetech.org/, an IT system integrator delivering enterprise solutions across infrastructure, networking, and cloud domains. In this role, he drives strategic alignment, collaboration with enterprises and government departments, and digital transformation initiatives. By bridging community healthcare needs with enterprise technology leadership, Birju demonstrates a rare balance of grassroots engagement and organisational strategy.

Monika is a seasoned operations and delivery leader with over 15 years of experience across strategic HR, consulting, operations, and service delivery. She currently heads Operations and Delivery at DCStacked, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution, resource optimization, and customer satisfaction across all projects.

Monika has previously worked with renowned organizations such as Genpact, Grant Thornton, and Acquire Australia, where she built a strong foundation in managing people, processes, and performance at scale. Her ability to drive operational excellence while aligning delivery outcomes with business goals has been a key contributor to her success.

She holds a Master’s degree from Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK, and brings a well-rounded, people-centric, and results-driven approach to every engagement.
